Heavenly Kreationz Cancellation & Late Policy To ensure that every client receives the best service and appointment availability, please review our booking policies below: Appointment Cancellations • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit as well as a charge of 30% percent of the service fee. • No-call/no-show appointments will forfeit any deposit paid and may require full prepayment for future bookings. Late Arrivals • A 10 minute grace period is provided for all appointments. • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment depending on the remaining service time and schedule availability. • Late arrivals will result in a $10 late fee and may result in modifications to the service to avoid delaying the next client. Deposits • Deposits are non-refundable and go toward your service total. • Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment if the appointment is rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. No-Shows • Clients who fail to show up without communication will be considered a no-show. • Repeat no-shows may result in refusal of future booking requests.
